What a useful record must show
Source and account type
Identify whether the record comes from a live or demo account, its broker, account currency, and the period covered.
Returns with cash flows
Explain the return methodology, deposits, withdrawals, and whether platform and performance fees are included.
Risk as well as gains
Show drawdowns, losing periods, exposure, and the effect of open positions alongside returns.
Trade-level evidence
Include entries, exits, broker-confirmed fills, and results, with a clear update time and any gaps or limitations.
