Refund & Cancellation Policy
Operated by: Uviqo Technologies Private Limited ("pilotX", "we") · [email protected]
pilotX is software as a service. It automates trading in your own broker account, following the risk and rules you set. We never hold, receive or move your trading funds; deposits and withdrawals are only between you and your broker. This policy covers the fees you pay pilotX for the software. It does not cover your broker's fees, spreads or trading results.
Important notice
- No guaranteed returns. pilotX does not guarantee any profit or return. Past, demo or example results do not predict future results.
- Trading involves risk, and losses are part of trading. You can lose some or all of the money in your trading account, and losses can be larger than planned.
- We never collect or hold your trading funds. Your money stays in your own broker account at all times. pilotX does not receive, pool or move it, and cannot withdraw it.
- You stay in control. pilotX's software automates trading in your own broker account according to the risk settings you choose during onboarding. You can change them, pause or stop at any time from the platform.
1. What you pay
| Plan | Subscription | Profit share | Profit share calculated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹999 per 30 days | 25% of new profit | monthly |
| Standard | ₹1,999 per 30 days | 20% of new profit | weekly |
| Pro | ₹2,999 per 30 days | 15% of new profit | daily |
| Founding 25 | ₹0 for the first 60 days, then ₹999 per 30 days for 12 months | 20% of new profit | weekly |
- Demo is free. No subscription or profit share is charged on demo accounts, at any time.
- New profit only. A profit share is charged only on profit above your account's previous high point, adjusted for your deposits and withdrawals. If your account loses money, it must recover those losses before any further profit share applies.
- Currency. Subscriptions are in Indian rupees. Profit is measured in your account currency (USD) and converted to rupees at the USD/INR rate published on the day the profit share is calculated. The rate and its source appear on your invoice.
- Taxes: prices exclude GST. GST at the applicable rate is added to every subscription and profit share, and is shown separately on your invoice.
2. When you are charged
- Subscription: billed in advance, every 30 days. Your first subscription payment starts your first 30-day billing cycle, and each next cycle starts on the same day 30 days later.
- Profit share: billed in arrears, after each calculation period (daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your plan), only if there is new profit.
- You will see every amount in your billing page before it is collected.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.
- When it takes effect: at the end of your current 30-day billing cycle. You keep access until then, and no further subscription is charged.
- Automation on cancellation: new trades stop when the cancellation takes effect. Positions that are already open keep their stop loss and target until they close; you can also close them yourself in your broker account at any time.
- Final profit share: a profit share for new profit made up to the cancellation date is still due, calculated the same way as any other period. If there is no new profit, nothing is due.
- Pausing is not cancelling. Pause stops new trades but keeps your subscription active. Cancel ends it.
- Founding 25 members who cancel lose their founding price and place.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees and profit shares are non-refundable, except in these cases, where we will refund in full:
- You were charged twice for the same period or the same profit share.
- You were charged in error: for example, during the free demo, during your Founding 25 free period, after your cancellation took effect, or with a calculation error in the profit share.
- pilotX was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a 30-day billing cycle because of a fault on our side. We refund or credit the subscription for that cycle pro rata.
Not refundable: trading losses (trading is at your own risk, and pilotX is a software service), broker charges, the time an account spent paused at your request, or periods where trading was skipped because your own risk settings, balance, broker or market conditions did not allow a trade.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your registered email address within 30 days of the charge. Include the invoice number and the reason.
- We reply within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay). Banks usually show them within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. If a payment fails
- The amount becomes due and we notify you by email.
- After 24 hours your account enters a grace period. Automation continues.
- After 72 hours unpaid, new trades are suspended. Open positions keep their stop loss and target and stay managed. Pay the due amount and new trades resume for future opportunities.
- We never touch your broker funds to collect a payment.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly. If you raise a chargeback with your bank, new trades may be suspended while it is reviewed. If the chargeback is upheld in your favour, the amount is not charged again.
8. Changes to prices or this policy
We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase or material change to this policy. It applies from your next 30-day billing cycle. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
