Can pilotX withdraw my money?

No. pilotX can place and manage trades only. Deposits and withdrawals stay between you and your broker.

What does it cost right now?

Nothing. Demo is free. When live trading launches, your chosen plan's subscription and profit share apply, and you'll confirm before any payment. Live trading is available only in approved countries.

How often does it trade?

Only when the AI finds a setup that also passes your risk checks. Some days there are several trades, and some days none.

Can I stop it?

Yes, anytime. Pause stops new trades and cancels unfilled orders. Open trades keep their stop loss and target.

Is there a track record?

Not yet a verified live one. We'll publish results with full detail (broker, period, fees, drawdowns) once enough live trading has happened. We don't show simulated returns.

What does pilotX do?

pilotX is automation software for your own MT5 account. Its AI finds gold setups and places trades only within the risk and rules you set, with a stop loss and a target on every trade. Pause anytime. Your money stays with your broker: pilotX never holds or moves it.

What makes an opportunity eligible?

Trade eligibility depends on your balance, selected risk and broker minimum lot size. A valid stop loss, sufficient margin and the 20% maximum total planned open-risk limit must also pass. Broker readiness, pause, billing and other safety blockers can cause an opportunity to be skipped.

What does maximum risk per trade mean?

Choose 1–10%. This is a maximum planned stop-loss risk for one trade. Actual planned risk can be lower. Gaps, slippage, spread and execution costs can cause realized losses to exceed planned risk; this is not a guaranteed loss limit.

Does a $100 balance allow every trade?

No. You may connect and onboard from $100 where supported. Trade eligibility depends on your balance, selected risk and broker minimum lot size. Any opportunity coverage estimate is an estimate, never a guarantee.

What happens when I pause or resume?

Pause blocks new entries and requests cancellation of unfilled pilotX orders. Existing positions continue to be managed. Resume applies to future eligible opportunities only; missed opportunities are not backfilled.

Which broker accounts are supported?

pilotX currently verifies dedicated USD MT5 hedging accounts on the supported VTMarkets-Demo server and gold contract. Compatibility is checked before activation. Other brokers and live accounts are not generally supported. Live trading is available only in approved countries.

What access does pilotX require?

Trading permission required. Your funds remain with your broker. pilotX does not require withdrawal access. Use a dedicated demo account and enter its trading password only in the secure connection form, never in support messages.

How are platform fees billed?

All subscriptions are billed every 30 days: Starter ₹999 per 30 days + GST, with 25% profit share calculated monthly; Standard ₹1,999 per 30 days + GST, with 20% profit share calculated weekly; Pro ₹2,999 per 30 days + GST, with 15% profit share calculated daily. Free during demo. Choose a plan now. Billing starts only when live trading launches, and you'll confirm before paying anything.

How does the high-water mark work?

Profit share applies only to new profit above your cashflow-adjusted high-water mark. Deposits are not profit and withdrawals adjust the threshold. Losses must be recovered before further fees. Fees require complete evidence at the period boundary; positive unrealized profit is not charged early.

Are performance fees automatically debited?

No automatic performance-fee debit is certified. The accounting obligation is separate from its collection method. No payment is collected at this time.

What is Founding 25?

A separate offer for at most 25 activated users with a dedicated MT5 account: INR 0 + GST platform fees for 60 days plus 20% weekly HWM performance fees, followed by INR 999 per 30 days for 12 months + GST plus 20% weekly fees. Signup records interest only. A seat is final only through approved founding activation; public allocation is not enabled yet.

Where is verified public performance?

Verified performance reporting is being prepared. No verified public live performance is currently published. Demo observations and fee illustrations are not a live track record or a return forecast.

When does an unpaid bill affect trading?

Payment due begins at T0. After 24 hours it enters a 48-hour grace period; after 72 total hours new trades are suspended. Existing positions remain managed. Paying one bill does not clear another overdue bill.
